IMPACT 360 is a 9-month residential adventure, developed by Lifeshape for students 18 – 20 years of age. This program is designed to be an interactive and experiential living/learning community focused on biblical Christian worldview, vocational understanding, spiritual and life formation, and a month-long international experience. The goal of IMPACT 360 is to revolutionize leaders of the emerging generation to prepare them for the lives they were created to live.

Statement of Mission

• IMPACT 360
  To equip servant leaders in the emerging generation to live Christ-focused lives, to be grounded in the Biblical Christian Worldview, and to impact our culture in the marketplace.

Core Values

• Christ centered - We believe in the pre-eminence of Christ. He empowers The Church to fulfill His mission. We are dedicated to transforming the lives of others as we follow Him.
  
  He is the head of the body, which is the church. Everything comes from him. He is the first one who was raised from the dead. So in all things Jesus has first place. Colossians 1:18 NCV
  
  I am the vine, and you are the branches. If you stay joined to me, and I stay joined to you, then you will produce lots of fruit. But you cannot do anything without me. John 15: 5 NEV
  
  
• Vision driven - We believe that vision is revealed by God and where there is vision people prosper. Our vision is reflected in our Purpose, Mission Statements, and Core Values and our ministries will be consistent with the pursuit of this vision.
  
  Where there is no vision, people perish. Proverbs 29:18
  
  The Lord says:
  My thoughts and my ways are not like yours. Just as the heavens are higher than the earth, my thoughts and my ways are higher than yours. Isaiah 55:8-9 CEV

• Excellence - We believe excellence honors God and inspires people.
  
  "Excellence is meritoriously near the standard, or the model, by which we are all measured. It is imminently good, the best of its kind. It is a virtue, a state of being - a part of who a person is, not just what a person does. Excellence can be obtained, because it is measurable." (Robb Thompson, The Ten Critical Laws of Relationship, p. 19.)
  
  God gave His best, therefore we give our best.
  
  In all the work you are doing, work the best you can. Work as if you were doing it for the Lord, not for people. Remember that you will receive your reward from the Lord, which he promised to his people. You are serving the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24 NCV
  
  
• Alliances - We believe that alliances will enable us to enhance our effectiveness and leverage our resources.
  
  Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 NCV Two people are better than one, because they get more done by working together. If one falls down, the other can help him up. But it is bad for the person who is alone and falls, because no one is there to help. If two lie down together, they will be warm, but a person alone will not be warm. An enemy might defeat one person, but two people together can defend themselves; a rope that is woven of three strings is hard to break.
  
  
• Servant Focused - We believe in serving rather than being served. We will follow Christ's example to serve others with joy and compassion.
  
  Whoever wants to be great must become a servant.
  Whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave.
