PRESS RELEASE

John and Trudy White - Founders
After 20 years of involvement in international missions, John and Trudy Cathy White saw a need for godly leadership among the next generation of Christian adults. Driven by the concern that Christian young people leave their homes for college unprepared for the challenges they will face in the secular world, John and Trudy founded Lifeshape, Inc. in 2003 to facilitate the development of godly women and men shaped by a passionate walk and authentic personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Larry Cox - Director
Larry has spent most of his life working with the International Mission Board equipping missionaries, planting churches, developing strategies for reaching millions of people with the gospel, and teaching and coaching young adults to discover God's plan for them in the marketplace. A passion for wanting to impact the lives of the emerging generation brought Larry to Lifeshape's staff to help found IMPACT 360. After getting a bachelor's degree from Mississippi College, Larry earned his Master's in Religious Education from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Agriculture from Mississippi State University, and his PhD in university administration from the University of Mississippi. Larry served for six years as a teacher and administrator at Mississippi College.

John Basie - Associate Director for Academics
John earned his B.A. degree from Erskine College in 1996 with a double major in Christian Education and Psychology. He went on to earn the M.A.
degree in Philosophy of Religion & Ethics from the Talbot School of Theology at Biola University (CA) in 1999, and he is currently finishing his dissertation for the Ph.D. in Church-State Studies at Baylor University (TX).  John is also a 1996 graduate of the Focus on the Family Institute in Colorado Springs.

John has been a teacher, administrator and researcher in various Christian higher education environments since 1996, including Erskine College, Erskine Theological Seminary, Baylor University, Columbia International University, and the Witherspoon Fellowship at the Family Research Council (Washington, D.C.). Among his many interests and passions is the desire to teach world Christians to think in terms of God's sovereignty in all spheres of knowledge and inquiry.

Eric Turner - Associate Director for Operations
Eric has spent his entire career working with missions organizations. Before joining the IMPACT 360 staff, he worked for five years with the North American Mission Board and then nine years with the International Mission Board. His degree in communication has given him the skills to serve as a field producer, traveling to remote locations to tell the stories of mission personnel serving abroad. For Eric, working with IMPACT 360 is a wonderful way to help students live out their call and find the life-path Christ desires for them.
